SPIRITUALITY

On one fine day, Mr. Laxman's brother in law Mr. Kedarinath brought a newspaper and shown him an interesting article on 41 days practice of Swami Ayyappa Deksha. In 1982, Mr. Laxman was fascinated by the spiritual world to observe 41 days Ayyappa Deksha and traveled to Sabarimala, Kerala along with his relatives Mr. Ramesh, Mr. Shiva Kumar. Pilgrimage to Sabarimala covered with a dense forest in those early ’80s was not that much easy. Along with Erumudi (consist of offerings to Lord Ayyappa) on head devotees use to carry only a torchlight and lemon water along with them in Sabarimala forest. In their initial days of practicing Ayyappa Deksha several people strangely put on many questions and raised many doubts to understand what was meant by Ayyappa Deksha. Later on, followed his footsteps to Sabarimala Pilgrimage. He got an excellent singing talent of Ayyappa Bajans in his Tunes. Most of the songs in Ayyappa Bajans performed at various places in northern Telangana were composited by him. Even in the wake of practicing Ayyappa Deksha for more than 38 years renowned guru swami, he says “I believe strongly in spirituality  and everything in my life happened by the grace of Swami Ayyappa”.
